We've moved!

We have moved our office to our Walworth almshouse, St Mary Newington Close. Our new address is Southwark Charities, 42 St Mary Newington Close, Surrey Square, Walworth. SE17 2LP. The office number remains the same: 020 7593 2000.

We have also been busy saying goodbye to our residents at Edward Edwards’ House in Bankside, which will undergo redevelopment to create 62 genuinely affordable flats for Southwark’s older residents over the next few years. Most of our residents are moving to the new Appleby Blue almshouse in Southwark Park Road, Bermondsey run by our partner charity, United St Saviour’s. They may return to our new almshouse once it is completed.
