Southwark Charities are in the design and pre-application planning stage to replace the existing St Mary Newington Close Almshouse with new, highly sustainable affordable housing for older people.

We are holding a public exhibition of the proposals for our neighbours on the following dates:

Thursday 8^th May (4pm to 8pm); and

Saturday 10^th May (10am to 2pm.

This will be held on-site at the Almshouse, accessed from Surrey Square.

We will have members of our consultant team available to talk through the proposals and answer any questions that you may have.
